We love this hotel and the location is great! It's always very clean but it could use a little updating.

We loved the stay, we highly recommended. We really appreciate the complementary camp fire on the property. The restaurant was great. Everybody is super polite and the cabins are clean and renovated. Comfortable mattress!!!

Great stay. Very clean hotel. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Everyone was so nice and attentive. The only thing that does need improvement is the morning continental breakfast. No orange juice or the breakfast sandwich also no fruit. All I was able to get at 6:30am was yogurt, coffee and cereal. It was not good but other than that everything else was good. Thank you to everyone for making my stay good. I will be back soon.

Bed comfortable, had our own little deck out the back of our room with a view of Seneca Lake. The room was cozy and good communication with the owner on day of our arrival. Highly recommend this facility.

We visited over the July 4th weekend and enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Hammondsport. The hotel is clean and new and clearly well maintained and run. We tried out most of the amenities - the breakfast, pool, nightly firepits. The daily breakfast buffet was one of the nicest I have enjoyed and the ladies who managed it were so helpful and kind. The pool was great fun for the kids and the firepits were an unexpected plus. The front desk staff were so kind and accommodating. The hotel is a little outside of town, but just a short drive or a long but manageable walk. The town is adorable. Our room and bathroom were clean and the fixtures were or in perfect condition. All in all, a great place to stay!
